Responsibilities
- Provide quality support for customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and occasional walk-in interactions
- Handle inbound customer calls and assist with enquiries promptly and professionally

- Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon-Fri) with 1.5-hour lunch break
- Salary: up to $3800
