Drive growth of assigned portfolio by identifying opportunities and converting opportunities to mandates. 2. Contribute to the growth of operating deposits by selling cash and working capital solutions. 3. Preparation of proposals and presentation materials to facilitate marketing of GTB solutions to both internal and external parties. 4. Track deal implementation to accelerate revenue realisation and to address barriers towards full revenue realisation. 5. Manage internal and external stakeholders involved in pre-sales / sales /after sales process to win deals and optimize client experience. 6. Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends and to identify new areas of opportunities. 7. Generate client testimonials for use in industry events/awards and related marketing activities. 8. Identify cross-sell opportunities such as trade, global markets etc.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years experience with at least 5 years of relevant GTB-Cash Management experience will be considered for VP level, subject to demonstrated coverage depth and deal experience.
  • Minimum 6 years experience with at least 3 years of relevant GTB-Cash Management experience will be considered for AVP level, subject to demonstrated coverage depth and deal experience.
  • Well versed in cash and liquidity management, working capital, virtual cards, FX solutions and latest digital solutions in the market.
  • Excellent business development, client engagement and client management skills.
  • Possess a strong sense of initiative, drive, hunger and ability to work under pressure.
  • Possess a can-do attitude; Proactive, Positive, Dynamic and Self-motivated.
  • Able to think out of the box
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Able to interact with people at different levels from different business units and departments across the bank.
  • A team player, at the same time able to work independently.
  • Experience covering Public Sector clients, including government entities, government agencies, or government‑linked corporations (GLCs) is a plus.
