Laborer/Flagger

Responsibilities

• Assist with general construction tasks
• Direct and control traffic around construction work areas, using signals, signs, and hand gestures
• Drive a company pickup truck for mobile, fast‑paced flagging operations covering mile‑long sections of roadway
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines
• Ability to report to jobs based out of Cassville, MO, with work taking place across Missouri and Northwest Arkansas
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other construction staff to ensure project success
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in construction practices
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Class E driver's license required , with the ability to drive a company pickup truck
• Experience in construction or related industry preferred
• Experience in traffic control or related industry preferred
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and working in all weather conditions
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
