About the role
We are looking for a dynamic, charismatic, and resilient Senior Agile Coach to serve as a strategic leader and galvanizing force within our product and technology org. Your goal will be to move beyond team coaching to influencing the organization at scale, partnering closely with senior leadership to drive business agility in a heavily regulated industry. You will be instrumental in framing challenges for the product & technology, and business leaders, and as part of the agile coaching team, you will lead & deliver complex organizational change. You will be challenged to mentor leaders, coaches, and business stakeholders to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement across N26. This role can be based in Berlin, Barcelona, or Vienna. In this role, you will: Put people first and value human interaction over process. Embrace radical change and aren't scared of ambiguity or the unknown. Make a positive impact on individuals, teams, and the products they build. Become a key component of your segment leadership team, partnering with EMs, PMs, and Tech Leads to align OKRs, problems & opportunities and roadmaps. Own and drive end-to-end change initiatives and strategic improvements across the product development lifecycle. Mentor and guide less experienced Agile coaches through structured coaching agreements to support their professional growth. Optimize and improve scaled ways of working. Design and facilitate large-scale workshops and offsites for domain and leadership levels to solve complex problems and drive alignment. Be framework agnostic, not dogmatic, and have a diverse problem-solving toolkit. Have a holistic understanding of how being (not doing) Agile is a great way to build products customers love to use. Drive change (not just observe it) and transformations and deliver tangible cultural or ways-of-working improvements. Enable teams to own their work and coach them to be outcome-driven. Understand that building trust in your teams, senior leaders and with your peers is paramount. Work across multiple interdependent complex team structures working towards the same goal. Be comfortable dealing with conflicts and can mediate them effectively. What you need to be successful: Proven experience as an Agile Coach with hands-on experience in coaching multiple teams ideally in complex product led orgs. You are a highly skilled communicator and facilitator who knows how to adapt their stances. Proven experience influencing and coaching senior leadership, including EMs, PMs, and Heads of departments. You have experience in helping new teams form, setting them up for success and helping them gel effectively. A data and hypothesis-driven approach. The ability to manage and collaborate with product, technology, UX and functional stakeholders from Operations, Risk and Growth. Ability to navigate complexity quickly to solve seemingly impossible challenges. Exceptional ability to manage and resolve complex cross-team dependencies and systemic bottlenecks via systems thinking. Expert-level conflict mediation and facilitation skills, capable of navigating high-stakes discussions at scale. A very strong toolkit consisting of various flavours of Agile methodologies with a focus on applying them in a framework-agnostic manner. A background in driving organizational agility and large-scale cultural transformations in tech-led environments. Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills. Ability to handle resistance to change and effectively guide teams through the transition from traditional to Agile practices.
