Responsibilities

• As a result, the project management methods are unique to the project and present an exciting opportunity to apply traditional project management principles to a unique and demanding multi-national environment

Requirements

• Have a detailed understanding of GCAP, the G2E domain would be beneficial
• Demonstrated ability to establish and build relationships Nationally and internationally.
• Recognised and demonstrated ability in their respective function along with a sound understanding of the other programme functions. Typically, from the Capability, Engineering or Programme functions.
• Ability to exercise appropriate initiative and operate with a high degree of autonomy
• Demonstrable strong leadership, management and inter-personal skills.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: strong abilities in data analysis, issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration
• Leadership: ability to inspire and influence the Parties (Consortium Manager/Partner references) at all levels
• Intercultural communication: essential for working in a multicultural environment, promoting dialogue and understanding between different cultures
• Empathy and active listening: ability to create a positive and inclusive work environment.

Job Description: Salary - £50k to £60k Leonardo UK operates a grade-based salary framework with broad bands. The salary range shown reflects the approved grade band for this role, or a narrower hiring range published within that band, and is benchmarked against the external market. Exceptions above the standard range are managed through governance controls to protect internal equity.
