• Language Skills: Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory.
• Natural Host: You possess a genuine enthusiasm for hospitality, a high-energy approach, and an observant, guest-first attitude.
• Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced F&B environment is valued, but your speed, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively within a team are paramount.
• Reliability as the Tide: Consistent attendance and punctuality are required. You are flexible and ready to "ride the wave" of a dynamic hotel schedule, including evenings, weekends, and special events.
• Professional Demeanor: You remain calm and efficient under pressure, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism at all times.
