Financial Management Analyst

About the role

You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the COMPTROLLER DEPARTMENT of CNIC FINANCIAL SERVICE CENTER. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing civilian time and attendance regulations, policies, procedures, master running and reconciling reports from the timekeeping, payroll, and accounting systems; 2) Maintaining line of accounting data and financial information pointers in the timekeeping and payroll systems and managing process improvement projects related to time and attendance system changes, updates, and compliance; 3) Analyzing financial data to identify and resolve possible problem trends; and 4) Utilizing both financial and execution systems to run detailed reports, collect data, and analyze execution.
