Job Description: Prepare pitch books, presentations, and other marketing materials to present strategic advice to clients Conduct industry-specific research and competitive analysis to understand clients' businesses, strategies, and challenges Coordinate and obtain internal approvals for live transactions by working closely with internal committees Support due diligence processes and assist in identifying transaction risks Conduct financial analysis, including valuation methodologies Prepare regulatory documents required by HKEX and CSRC Prepare key materials for roadshows and syndication processes Stay updated on market developments, including macroeconomic trends, regulatory changes, and deal activity Work closely with senior bankers, peers, and other professional parties (e.g., auditors, counsels, industry consultants) to ensure smooth deal execution Qualification: Master's degree or above from a top-tier university, preferably majoring in finance, accounting, or with interdisciplinary backgrounds combining finance with other fields such as medicine, computer science Minimum 3 years of experience in investment banking and/or related fields (e.g., audit, funding, law) Strong analytical, presentation, problem-solving, negotiation and interpersonal skills Good PC skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Wind and Bloomberg Energetic and driven, with strong ability to work in fast-paced environment Able to communicate well in English and Chinese with strong English writing skills
