Roles & Responsibilities Job Description: Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and machinery. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on motors, control panels, wiring, and electrical components. Diagnose electrical faults and implement effective solutions to minimize equipment downtime. Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently. Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment and systems. Maintain maintenance records and prepare service reports. Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company procedures. Coordinate with operations personnel to support daily plant activities. Attend to emergency breakdowns and urgent maintenance requirements. Perform any other duties assigned by the management. Working Hours and Availability: Required to work beyond normal office hours, including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and on-call duties when necessary. Must be available to respond to emergency equipment breakdowns and operational requirements outside regular working hours. Overtime work may be required based on operational needs. Willing and able to work night shifts as required by project schedules. Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced project environments. Strong commitment to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance, including adherence to permit-to-work systems and electrical safety protocols. Good communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with commissioning and engineering teams.
