Summary: The Assistant Manager, AI Enablement leads how AI literacy and capability develop and deliver value across the company. You will design and run the programs that get people using AI well, surface high value use cases from the business, coach citizen developers through their AI builds, and measure how AI is changing the way work gets done. This hybrid role blends program design, change management, and enough technical fluency on generative AI to coach others credibly. Employment Type: Permanent Reports to: Senior Manager, AI Technical Program Role and Responsibilities: Design and run programs that develop AI literacy and capability across the organisation, including champions networks, cohort based learning, and structured progression pathways. Build learning pathways and onboarding journeys for different person as, from casual users to advanced practitioners. Facilitate use case discovery workshops with business users and govern the use case portfolio. Coach citizen developers through their AI builds and review workflows before broader promotion, within the company's governance framework. Track AI capability, usage, and value realisation across the organisation, and report findings to senior stakeholders. Curate and share internal success stories to sustain momentum and demonstrate value. Partner with relevant stakeholders across the organisation on responsible AI use and program delivery.
