Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the MEA OU OTC & Wellness Expert portfolio strategy for MEA OU , translating business ambition into clear category/brand roles, investment choices, annual operating plans and 12- 24 month growth initiatives aligned with regional and global priorities.

- Design and execute an omni-channel HCP activation strategy (in-clinic, field force, digital, CRM/email, congresses and scientific events), with clear channel roles, content strategy, test-and-learn experimentation and governance for consistent execution.
- Enable the sales organisation through capability and compelling selling stories, training and coaching, launch playbooks, and high-impact promotional tools; ensure tight alignment of marketing priorities with sales objectives , coverage models and incentive drivers.
- Own portfolio budget and performance management: allocate resources across brands and channels to maximise ROI; define KPIs and dashboards for activation effectiveness; engage KOLs and external stakeholders to build advocacy and credibilit y.

Requirements
- 1 2 + years' experience in marketing/brand management within Consumer Healthcare/Pharma . A demonstrated HCP-centric strategy and execution experience will be an advantage.
- Proven ability to build end-to-end brand/portfolio strategies, translate insights into plans, and deliver against ambitious growth targets in a competitive market.
- Strong track record in omni-channel campaign planning and measurement (field force, in-clinic, CRM/email, digital and events), including content strategy and agency/vendor management.
- Blend of thought leadership and execution excellence
- Masters in business or equivalent qualification.
- Expe rience and comfort working with cross functional stakeholders and leaders to drive the expert marketing agenda effectively.
