Responsibilities

  • Configure and operate CNC Swiss machines to meet exacting tolerances and finish requirements.
  • Read/interpret blueprints and operation drawings; apply geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
  • Use Mitsubishi controls to execute programs and processes.
  • Employ precision gauges and instruments for in-process and final inspection.
  • Support production setups, tooling changes, and troubleshooting activities.

  • Education and Experience
  • 3-5 years setting up and operating Swiss CNC lathes (required) and/or Citizen machines.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with GD&T, CNC tooling, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Mitsubishi controls; ability to read and edit programs (G-code/M-code).
  • High school diploma or GED; strong math and blueprint-reading skills.
  • Effective communicator who follows written and verbal directions, team contributor.
  • ITAR Registered and able to meet applicable compliance requirements.
