Responsibilities

  • Supervise and analyse daily technical and operational performance of solar PV plants, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Detect, investigate, resolve, and prevent incidents to optimise plant availability and performance ratios.
  • Support portfolio supervision and contribute to technical analysis and strategic decision-making alongside senior stakeholders.
  • Manage O&M contractor relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and high service delivery standards.
  • Act as the main technical interface with clients, providing expert insights and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Coordinate O&M handovers, site visits, punch lists, and technical documentation to ensure quality and timely execution.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality technical performance reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and actionable insights.
  • Support compliance with Distribution Network Operators (DNOs), insurers, and relevant regulatory authorities.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and overall asset performance.
  • Lead team activities, including workload planning, team meetings, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Mentor, train, and support junior analysts, promoting knowledge sharing, best practices, and professional development.

  • EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Master's degree in Engineering or a relevant science discipline.
