As an experienced Manufacturing Engineer, you will optimize the production of our high-quality luxury recreational vehicle. You will focus on enhancing efficiency and capacity by evaluating current manufacturing processes, developing and implementing new production plans, and reducing overall manufacturing costs. Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Electric, Mechanical, Materials, Industrial Engineering, or evidence of exceptional experience in related fields or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing environments (preferably automotive or aerospace).
  • Planning capacity increases and production floor layouts and line balancing
  • Providing manufacturing floor support, designing, creating, and improving jigs and fixtures.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment to execute tasks under general direction.
  • Experience working successfully in multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Reading and understanding GD&T drawings and technical documents.
  • Solid presentation and computer skills (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Projects, etc.)
  • Experience with NPI and transition to production.
