Responsibilities

• Identify and engage suitable candidates through various sourcing channels, including social media, professional networks, referrals, and recruitment campaigns
• Screen and assess candidate profiles to match business requirements
• Coordinate and manage the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs
• Support business development initiatives through market research, lead generation, and relationship building
• Stay updated on industry trends and talent market developments
• Who We're Looking For
• Diploma, A-Level, or Degree holders
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and building relationships
• Able to thrive in a collaborative and results-driven environment
• Training will be provided for successful candidates
• Work Schedule
• Monday to Friday
