Required Technical and Professional Experience Service Now Module: ITSM, ITOM, App Engine, Portal. Core Services: Service Catalog, Knowledge, Service Level, CMDB / CSDM, AI Ops and Now Assist. Roles and responsibilities Develop ServiceNow Solutions in the ITSM, with minimum bugs and rework Collaborate with Process Analyst and Architect to ensure the developed features follow ServiceNow best practices Keeps up-to-date with the new releases and features of the ServiceNow platform. Developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to fit business requirements. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements. Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code requires expertise to achieve. Documenting code and application functionality. Staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in ServiceNow development ensures your success. Integrate ServiceNow modules with other enterprise systems to create a seamless and efficient information flow. Create and update CMDB catalog items, forms, and views, transform maps, IRE, Script Includes and Business rules. Establish and maintain data integrations to ensure accuracy and consistency. Requirements & Skills Graduation/Post-Graduation in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is necessary. With 8 to 10 years of experience in ServiceNow development. Experience with creating and maintaining ServiceNow objects like tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies, script includes workflows etc. Producing and running test cases to guarantee software quality. Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is desirable. Extensive Knowledge IT Service Management (ITSM), CMDB and service catalog. Experience in API integrations with other systems Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities Excellent communication and collaboration skills Capability to work both independently and collaboratively Certification ServiceNow Certified System Admin and Implementation Specialist in ITSM ServiceNow CAD and Discovery certifications preferred.
