- Administrative & Ad‑Hoc Support
- Provide operational and administrative support as required, including:
- Company chop management
- Inventory verification support
- Logistical support for internal meetings and conferences
- Support ad‑hoc projects and assignments assigned by the line manager
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in a multinational company
- Prior experience in sales operations, business support, or commercial administration preferred
- Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in oral and written English
- Strong PC skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Solid data analysis and problem‑solving abilities
- Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork capabilities
