Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage rosters across OSHC and holiday programs to ensure consistent coverage and compliance.
  • Respond to staffing changes, absences, and urgent workforce requirements in real time.

  • Qualifications & Experience: A degree in HR, Business, Education, or related field (preferred) with proven experience in multi-site workforce coordination and scheduling ideally in education or care services
  • Prior education experience
  • Technical Expertise : Knowledge of childcare regulations, OSHC standards, and workforce management tools
  • Skills & Competencies : Strong organizational, resilience, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage operations across multiple locations and work collaboratively or independently
  • Flexibility : Willingness to work outside standard business hours to meet service needs
