Responsibilities
- Lead the America's region talent acquisition strategy to help the firm achieve high-growth business priorities and workforce plans

- What you bring:
- Proven success leading a team to implement talent acquisition strategies that improve hiring outcomes
- Strong background in proactive sourcing including use of LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS talent rediscovery, market mapping, and passive candidate engagement strategies
- Data-driven approach with experience using recruiting analytics and dashboards to drive decisions
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and cross- functional stakeholders
- Experience in Private Equity or financial services is preferred, but not required
- Education Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

The Director of Talent Acquisition for the Americas region (US/Bogota/Canada) will lead all aspects of designing and implementing a customer-centric, data-driven recruiting strategy that delivers a strong talent pipeline and hiring results aligned to the company's growth objectives. This leader will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, manage sourcing partnerships, and elevate sourcing capabilities to ensure the organization consistently attracts, engages, and hires top talent from a wide variety of backgrounds.
