About the role

Responsibilities
- Includes future forecasting- using key inputs including historical trends, pricing, promotional activity as well as inventory and seeding
- Work cross functionally with Category Management, Strategy Planning as well as Operations (inclusive of logistics); will also have the opportunity to work with the MM Product team to help set the needs for the Merch team that allows process improvement

Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in excel and google sheets- using functions including vlookups, pivot tables, index matches.
- Ability to organize large and more complex data sets ensuring data is accurate while also being able to identify discrepancies.
- Has the ability to identify patterns in a data set that include internal and external factors that lead to set go forward strategies
- Considers impact to customers and what matters to them.
- Can draw from industry insights. Is an excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proven skills in MS office suite and Google
