Game Mathematician

Responsibilities

• You'll play a key role in shaping the player experience from the ground up designing and delivering the mathematical frameworks that define how our games behave.
• Contribute to early-stage game concepts and mechanics
• Develop mathematical models using simulation software and spreadsheets
• Design and analyse RTP, volatility, and payout structures
• Collaborate with developers and designers to bring ideas to life
• Maintain insight into EMEA gaming markets and regulatory expectations

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in developing mathematical models, ideally within the gaming or iGaming sector
• Proficiency in programming, with a preference for C++ (C# or similar languages will also be considered)
• Strong capability in spreadsheet-based modelling and data analysis
• A clear interest in gaming and player-focused design principles
• A minimum of one year's experience in slot mathematics or a related field
• Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or related discipline
• Desirable:
• Proven experience designing within the casino/gambling industry
• Creative thinking with strong technical design instincts
• A track record of delivering successful game mechanics
