Your Contribution Reporting to the Administration Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to all Marlborough and Auckland operations teams . Some of your responsibilities will include Provide office support to Marlborough and Auckland operations. Including but not limited to: Reception duties, office management, filing, business systems work. Travel arrangements. You'll be involved with arranging travel, ordering office supplies, catering, PPE. Provide administration support to Operations Leadership. Support the business in organizing and coordination of wine show submissions, hospitality, and celebration events. Identify ways to streamline and simplify any administrative processes. Flexibility in working hours to support visitors, events, and harvest. About You Proven experience in administration or operations support roles Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Proficient in MS Office and office management software Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a team
