Responsibilities
- Manage requisition creation, updates, and closures in the VMS on behalf of hiring managers
- Support pre-boarding activities including interview scheduling, work order creation, onboarding documentation, and background check coordination

- Work Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in a Customer Service production setting required
- Previous experience in staffing related industry preferred
- VMS tools experience required
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Experience working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, especially advanced Excel skills (data tracking, reporting, and analysis)
- Good understanding of contingent workforce processes and lifecycle management
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and compliance
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently while adhering to program guidelines
