Security Incident Analyst (Level 2)

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of security alerts processed through automated triage.
• Perform in-depth investigations across endpoints, identity, cloud, and network environments.
• Apply sound judgment to assess impact, risk, and response actions.
• Work closely with SOC L3 analysts in other time zones for advanced support and guidance.
• Maintain clear documentation and structured handovers between shifts.
• Actively share knowledge and insights with the team.

Instead, automation handles initial triage and noise reduction, enabling our SOC L2 analysts to focus on meaningful investigations, decision-making, and response.
