Geotechnical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Geotechnical Engineering Design.
• Liaison with Clients, Architects, fellow Consultants and Government Authorities on Project Execution.
• Carry out Site Supervision
• Review Instrumentation Monitoring Results
• Writing Engineering Report

Requirements

• Minimum 3 Years Working Experience in Geotechnical Engineering Design and Supervision
• Familiar with Plaxis 2D Analysis.
• Familiar with Euro Codes Geotechnical Analysis and Design
• Have experience in carrying out Slope Stability Analysis
• Experience in designing Temporary Earth Retaining Structure eg. Sheetpile, Soldier piles cofferdam, Contiguous Bored Piles, Timber Shoring
• Understand the principles of various ground monitoring instruments.
• Familiar with Singapore Building and Construction Authority Regulations on Geotechnical Work
• Possess Good Communication Skills
• Experience in Managing Construction Projects eg. attending project meetings, liaison with Clients, fellow consultants and Government Authorities.
• Good Command of Written and Spoken English.
