Manager, Costing APAC, BU Mounts

Responsibilities

• Manage cost calculation tools and processes
• Ability to collaborate in Quoting team with Sales, Application Team, Purchasing, Product and Process Engineering
• Manage costing and quoting activities
• Support Management with business case related Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• Define and create trainings for costing employees by qualification level
• Contact person for product cost related topics for internal customers
• Check Team KPIs workload
• Support BU Costing Head in performance reviews and talent reviews
• Support Controlling by providing project financials
• Develop and support Costing team members
• Ensure team compliance
• Disciplinary leadership, guidance, development, motivation of subordinate employees
• Collaboration with Tech Centers and plants
• Leading projects (e.g. FACTON BI implementation)
• Develop, implement and maintain the costing guideline

Requirements

• Finance, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering background is preferred.
• Proven experience in a Costing or Cost Engineering related role. First leadership experience preferred.
• Professional product costing calculation software experience such as FACTON or TcPCM.
• Strong understanding of commodity cost structures.
• Very good command in English language.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong problem solving capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills.
