This is a Washington National Guard Title 5 Excepted Service Technician position: FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST Location: 141st Comptroller Flight Fairchild AFB, Washington 99011-9413 Air National Guard Units Appointment Type: Permanent, excepted service Advertised as: Title 5 May be used to fill one or more vacancies. *Ensure you read this announcement in its entirety, complete all application requirements, and your USA Jobs profile name is accurate* GENERAL EXPERIENCE: General experience is 3 years of progressively responsible experience, 1 year of which was equivalent to at least GS-4, that demonstrates the ability to: Analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions; Plan and organize work; and Communicate effectively orally and in writing. Skill in collecting and analyzing data effectively, efficiently, and accurately; Skill in applying procedures and directives by reading and interpreting program material; Skill in presenting formal training presentations and briefings; Ability to prepare reports and presentation formats. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have 36 months of fundamental working experiences with a validated understanding of the basic principles and concepts of the occupational series and grade.
