Job Responsibilities: Customer Service: Greet and engage with customers warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere Assist customers in finding suitable products based on their needs and preferences Provide personalized styling advice and recommendations Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally Fashion Advisory (Sales) Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective sales techniques Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Product Knowledge Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and trends Educate customers on product care, fitting, and styling options Stay informed about new arrivals, promotions, and store events Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business Maintain client records and follow up with personalized communications Notify customers about new products, events, and promotions
