Job Posting End Date - Applications will no longer be accepted starting 06-18-2026 Job Summary Salary : $1,110 bi-weekly Nature of Work: Providing in-school and after-school tutoring, mentoring, and support services in Orlando area community centers and public high schools. Focusing on math, reading, course recovery, post-secondary planning, job readiness and providing individualized and small group tutoring. Program Information: - Program end date: Summer 2027 (August 2026-May 2027; some positions ending July 2027) - Required work hours: 35-40 hrs./week - Compensation: $1,110 bi-weekly - Benefits: Tuition Assistance, Loan Deferment, Health Insurance, Childcare Assistance - Education Award: Up to $7,395.00 Minimum Requirements : High School Diploma or equivalent is required . Some post-secondary education preferred . College coursework in education, language arts, and/or mathematics helpful. Between 30 and 60 semester hours of college preferred . Bilingual(English-Spanish) helpful. A valid Florida Driver's License is required . THIS IS A PART_TIME_POSITION WITH NO GUARANTEE OF A CERTAIN NUMBER OF HOURS AND NO BENEFITS. THIS POSITION INVOLVES WORKING ON A TEMP/SEASONAL CONTRACT WHICH CAN BE RENEWED ANNUALLY BASED ON PERFORMANCE AND BUSINESS NEEED.
