The Associate/Full Professor of Educational Leadership position includes teaching both graduate and doctoral courses in educational leadership. The successful candidate will be trained in educational leadership. Additionally, a successful candidate will have significant experience chairing dissertations. The candidate must have a demonstrated record of successfully mentoring doctoral candidates through degree completion. Additional responsibilities include teaching the equivalent of between two to three 3 credit hour courses in education leadership during fall and spring semesters. Teaching assignments may include day, night, or weekend classes. Flexible to suit the course schedule. The candidate must be willing to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, and be familiar with the needs of a non-traditional, first-generation, multicultural student body. Responsibilities are general in nature and may reflect more than one functional area.
