Verifications Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Partner with Regulatory Affairs to understand the impact of new and existing legislation to ensure compliance.
• Partner with Sales to communicate State and Federal requirements to customers. Work with Sales to create customized processes for customers, as needed.
• Resolve escalated customer inquiries.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.
• SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
• Substantial knowledge of JDE, Siebel and MS Office applications.
• Substantial knowledge of Verifications policies and procedures.
• Full understanding of State and Federal regulatory requirements and an awareness of international regulations.

• Office environment. No special physical demands required.
• Travel required, up to 15%

JOB OVERVIEW: This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Verifications team, including all department KPI's. Work closely with Regulatory Affairs and the Verifications management team to ensure that systems and processes are compliant with all applicable State and Federal requirements for the distribution of prescription drugs and devices. Ensure new customer accounts are set up correctly and potentially fraudulent orders are reviewed and identified. Partner with Sales, DC Ops, and IT to ensure that customer orders are streamlined while ensuring compliance. Provide formal performance feedback, including performance appraisals, and resolve conflict.
