- Data fluency: experience defining and tracking KPIs and building or directing dashboards/data visualizations (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau), and comfort scoping automation/scripting/artificial-intelligence-enabled workflow improvements.
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, with strong facilitation skills to run reviews, drive decisions, and adjudicate competing priorities in real time.

As a Technical Project Manager (TPM) embedded within the Manufacturing Engineering (ME) organization, you will be the delivery engine behind our Manufacturing Engineering process management driving standardization of ME workflows, adoption of enterprise automation and digital tools, and reduction of recurring and non-value-added (NVA) tasks..
