About the role

The Client Services Team at Roku plays a critical role in delivering top-tier service to our advertisers. As an Account Coordinator for the Client Services Team, you will be an essential partner in delivering a seamless advertising experience for our clients. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to manage campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring every aspect runs smoothly. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong communication and organizational skills who is eager to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to become an expert in Roku's tools and systems while developing a deep understanding of the media landscape and programmatic advertising. You will be grouped into a pod servicing one of our major lines of business (Enterprise, Indy, Political, Media & Entertainment, or Brand Activation). For New York Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $65,000-$72,000 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. Responsibilities

  • Partner with Client Services, Sales, and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional advertising campaign support.
  • Manage and master tools like SFDC/Tarmac, Roku DMP, Tableau, Prisma, and other systems critical to campaign execution.
  • Support campaign planning, execution, and monitoring, including creative asset QA, tag mapping, and measurement setup.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends, flag critical data to Sales and Client Services leads, and provide actionable insights to drive upselling and campaign renewals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Roku platform, ad products, and the evolving media landscape to effectively support client goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance and pacing, providing insights for upselling and renewals.
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues collaboratively with teams like Ad Operations, Billing, and Measurement.
  • Create post-campaign wrap reports tailored to client needs and account tiers.
  • Ensure accurate pipeline management and timely IO processing for seamless campaign launches.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and clients to ensure satisfaction and trust.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience presenting to external clients (e.g., wrap reports, pacing updates, or billing deliverables).
  • Comfort managing tier 3 accounts end-to-end with minimal support.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools (a plus).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
