Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support by preparing and organizing documents essential for site operations
  • Maintain and update filing systems and databases to ensure accurate record-keeping

  • Minimum GCE "N" / "O" Level / Nitec / Higher Nitec in Business Administration, Accounting, Hospitality, Communications, Engineering, or related fields
  • At least 5 years of relevant administrative experience in Singapore
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to produce documents and reports
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively support team operations
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work to meet deadlines
  • Responsible, meticulous, and proactive in managing administrative duties
  • Availability to start immediately or within one month's notice
  • Other Information
  • Work schedule: 5.5 days per week
