- Education & Experience
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong hands-on aptitude and comfort working in a manufacturing or laboratory environment alongside technicians.
- Technical & Soft Skills
- Data Analysis: Ability to perform data analysis to back up process improvement recommendations.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to both operators and engineers.
- Media & Organization: Proficient in capturing/editing instructional media and managing digital spaces (e.g., SharePoint).
