Responsibilities

Requirements
- Essential:
- Previous Front of House/Receptionist or Administration experience
- Team player with initiative to work independently
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Confident with the ability to engage with customers and other teams.
- Good administration skills
- Knowledge of MS Office and openness to learn different IT applications
- Ability to work shift pattern and weekends

Additional Information
Help get better trained personnel to the front line faster. The primary purpose of this role is to greet visitors on to the site and deliver exceptional customer service assistance, whilst also providing training course administrative support as required.
