- The role also includes responsibility for Service Quality Management within the customer segment.
- To succeed, you will lead a team of approximately ten employees responsible for Account Management, Service Quality Management, and the development of future sales channels. Together, we share a strong business focus and a drive to actively contribute to the transformation journey we are on.

- You are a strong and action-oriented leader with experience in business and/or sales from a senior role within IT or telecom. Experience from a communication operator is considered a plus.
- Your background
- You can identify business needs and are comfortable working independently while taking responsibility across strategic, tactical, and operational levels in complex business processes.
- We believe you have strong expertise in telecom from both an infrastructure and commercial perspective. Experience in wholesale business within telecom, the mobile business, and communication operators is a strong advantage.
