- Maintain deep relationships with carriers to stay informed on product changes and emerging industry trends.
- Operational Excellence & Administration
- Process all policy documentation-including binders, endorsements, certificates, and audits-with high accuracy.
- Execute all workflows within the Sagitta- Agency Management System, maintaining meticulously updated client files and activity logs.
- Manage high-volume tasks in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing competing demands to meet strict deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and state-specific insurance legislation.
- Remote Work Standards
- Maintain a private, secure workspace to protect company equipment and confidential correspondence.
- Ensure high-speed internet reliability to support seamless collaboration across international time zones.
- Maintain high responsiveness during business hours to support both the team and international clients.
- Minimize personal interruptions during business hours to ensure dedicated client servicing.
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license required
- 2+ years of commercial insurance experience within a brokerage or carrier setting
- Solid understanding of commercial lines and confidence managing complex accounts
- Experience with Agency Management Systems; familiarity with Sagitta or ImageRight is a plus
- Strong communicator who can clearly translate complex concepts and adjust to different communication styles
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage volume while maintaining accuracy
- Adaptable, patient, and solutions-focused with a strong client service mindset
- Interest in working with international partners

This role focuses on the technical execution of inbound multinational programs, ensuring local U.S. policies align with Global Master standards and domestic compliance. As a primary liaison, you will coordinate across international networks and EPIC's strategic carrier partners to manage a high-volume, fast-paced book of business. LOCATION: REMOTE - But candidates must live in the Greater Atlanta GA area and be willing & able to drive to EPIC's Sandy Springs GA office as needed for meetings
