Responsibilities
- Sales Support
- Primary role will be to support the APAC ex Japan sales team and to lead best in class Client Experience, , providing clients with access to information on Products pre and post on boarding for the commingled products and customized solutions/outsources CIO mandates.
- Will be in charge of the follow up of meetings and campaigns, ensuring Salesforce is timely fed with relevant information on clients, tickets & pipeline, and may punctually attend to client meetings, preparing meetings notes and supporting the execution of relevant follow ups.
- Support to Client Services, RFP activity and Consultant Coverage
- The sales support will facilitate the execution of the KYC/AML process and ensure a smooth onboarding of new relationships in relation with central client services teams.
- In collaboration with BNP AM Alt clients services and product manager team and Head of Business Development APAC, make sure the client receives the best-in-class RFP process and content for optimal success rate.
- Help set up the Local Consultant relationship practice in coordination with the local head of business Development and the Head of Global Consultant Coverage based in UK
- Events & COM
- Punctually support the Digital Marketing & Customer Experience and Private Wealth Marketing team in the set up and execution of local initiatives such as proprietary or sponsored events, for locally based staff and/or relevant stakeholders traveling in the region.
- It is important to note that a flexibility around the above tasks is needed across all responsibilities covered by the following functions: Market Intelligence, Communication, RFPs, Investor Relations, Consultant Coverage and Events.

- Experience/Skills
- Ideally provensuccess over several years in a leading role in productspecialist/marketing/business development topics
