Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment at peak performance Support new equipment installs and facility improvements Maintain the plant, buildings, and grounds Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (lean, safety, etc.) Follow all EH&S safety standards 🧠 What You Bring High school diploma or GED + solid math skills Experience with: Multi-meters Motors, pumps, solenoids, and pneumatics Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with minimal direction Bonus Skills: Lathe/mill experience Computer skills Fork truck experience 💪 What the Job Requires Lift up to 60 lbs and handle heavy materials Perform physical work (bending, kneeling, lifting) Work indoors and outdoors in all seasons Respond to real-time maintenance needs Willingness to work 10-hour shifts and overtime when needed 🌟 Who Thrives Here Problem-solvers who enjoy fixing and improving equipment Self-motivated individuals with strong work ethic People who value stability, teamwork, and growth 🚀 Ready to Join the Team?
