Requirements
- Essential:
- experience working with in the Public Services Sector with an experience in and passion for selling Contact Centre, Tech Sales, BPO, and Case Management propositions.
- good experience managing a business development or sales pipeline, with a track record of achieving targets
- confident engaging with senior stakeholders and building trusted client relationships
- commercially astute, able to qualify opportunities and shape tailored solutions
- skilled at using insight, research and market intelligence to drive sales decisions
- strong understanding of business development best practice - account planning, pipeline discipline, reporting and risk management
- Desirable:
- salesforce experience highly advantageous
