Do you enjoy cleaning and find joy in mentoring and training others? Join our housekeeping team this season as a Sr. Housekeeper! We're seeking dedicated individuals to professionally clean our vacation homes and ensure our guests arrive in a spotless, welcoming environment stocked with everything they need for a memorable stay. In this supervisory role, you'll support local management by assisting our housekeeping team with daily tasks, scheduling, and more.
This is a seasonal position. Employment dates begin as soon as 5/15/26 and work through end of season on or around 10/15/26. As a part-time, seasonal position, exact schedule and hours are varied based on the needs of the business and may fluctuate from one week to the next.

Actual pay will vary based on a candidate's skill, experience, education and/or location.More benefits and company perks information below.About This JobProfessionally clean and maintain Vacasa properties using cleaning procedures and products in conformance with prescribed company standardsCreate a welcoming environment for our guests and owners by ensuring homes are clean and cared forIdentify and note any damages to homes. Create maintenance tickets as necessaryMentor, train, and support new and existing HousekeepersPerform inspections of cleans completed by HousekeepersTouch-up cleans as neededEstablish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with team members and management teamCorrespond on a regular basis with your local management team and team membersBe available and willing to assist your colleagues and management team when necessaryProvide cross-coverage for your manager and Co-Senior Housekeeper(s) when necessaryCollect and remove trash and debrisMeet and maintain required Housekeeping metricsAttend all mandatory individual and team meetingsReplenish consumable items such as soaps and paper productsMaintain hot tubs as needed; no experience necessary - we offer on-site trainingOther tasks as needed - because every day looks different in hospitality!Skills + QualificationsSmartphone and personal email addressDriving inclement weather conditions as requiredAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentLead by example while embodying our company valuesHighly responsive and reliableStrong attention to detailPrior housekeeping experience preferred although we can teach you the Vacasa standardAdhere to all company policies and proceduresReasonable comfort level with computers and smart devicesAccess to the internet and the ability to check your email on a daily basisWorkplace Environment + Physical RequirementsWork may take place indoors or outdoors, in a variety of settings including private homes, resorts, offices, and laundry facilities - often in varying weather conditions.We're in hospitality and our schedules can change based on guest and homeowner needs. Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
