Job Description As an Inside Property Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and validating the details of loss for complex homeowners claims, typically valued up to $250,000. In this role, you will determine coverage, assess damages, and negotiate claim settlements within your assigned authority. You will also serve as a resource to junior team members by providing guidance and support. Delivering a high level of service to our premium customers is key, including being readily available to address and resolve escalated concerns in a timely and professional manner. We are seeking an Experienced Property Claims professional with a strong background handling high-volume and complex homeowners claims, including losses up to $250K. Brings expertise in writing and reviewing complex repair estimates, managing high-value properties, and owning claims from start to finish across all exposures (dwelling, contents, ALE, mitigation, and supplements). Preferred background includes insurance carrier experience along with field exposure, and demonstrated ability to effectively partner with independent adjusters and cross-functional teams. Known for strong communication skills, collaborative approach, and ability to navigate complex loss scenarios such as storm, water, and hail claims. Proven track record of providing excellent customer service, including supporting escalations, and comfortable participating in an on-call rotation to support premier customer needs.
