Following up routing order from nominated agents. Data entry & arrange cargo transfer to warehouse on coload booking. Provide updated nomination tariff to POD agents. Billing to nominated agent on door delivery, door delivery shipments & other nomination related billing. Attending enquiry on cargo transshipment status, cargo acceptance, door delivery quotation & other transshipment related matter. Provided updated transshipment tariff to POL agents. Support role to assist in resolving issues and handling disputes with agents when problems arise.
