WE ARE HIRING | Sales & Customer Support Executive (Industrial / Technical Sales) 📍 Tuas South, Singapore GOOD GEAR SOLUTION PTE LTD is looking for a proactive and responsible individual to join our growing team in the industrial engineering sector. 📌 Key Responsibilities: Manage and process customer orders from enquiry to final delivery Maintain accurate records of sales activities, inventory levels, and customer data Liaise with production, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment Provide professional customer service by handling enquiries, resolving issues, and building long-term client relationships Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as sales reports and tracking sales performance Participate in sales & marketing activities including exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events Handle exhibition booking, coordination, and event arrangements Support import/export documentation and Singapore customs clearance processes Provide technical sales support by understanding customer requirements and responding to technical enquiries Willing to travel overseas when required 📌 Requirements: Experience in sales coordination, technical sales, or customer service preferred Knowledge of import/export procedures is an advantage Strong communication and coordination skills Able to work in a fast-paced industrial environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn technical products
