Responsibilities
- Continuously identify process improvement and sales training opportunities in partnership with business partners and Sales leadership.

- Coordinate orders from Tanium alliance partners with the Channel team.
- Develop and deliver sales enablement tools such as Tidbits, SharePoint and Thursday Trainings for new Sales hires.
- We're looking for someone with:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field and/or equivalent work experience.
- 2-4 years proven experience in sales support, deal management, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in driving change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ).

This position follows the Company's hybrid schedule which currently requires employees to work in the Krakow Office (Fabryczna Street) a minimum of three days per week. The Basics: The Center of Excellence (COE) team operates across various business units (BUs), possessing advanced knowledge and expertise in each domain. Comprising highly skilled professionals, the COE disseminates knowledge, provides support to the Sales Team, and promotes best practices. The COE's main objective is to guide the Sales Team, ensuring effective management throughout the sales cycle. We are seeking an Analyst to support sales and deal related transactions through deploying global strategies and approaches. This position will also be crucial in getting the Commercial Operations to the next level of customer service excellence by continuing to foster a culture of change and greater sales enablement.
