Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in agency project management
• Previous experience managing evolving initiatives and multi-channel marketing campaigns that may include overall customer experience strategy, creative, email development, digital marketing campaigns, front-end site design and development, content management, SEO, analytics, etc.
• Email Campaign Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ambitious, detail oriented, proactive, hands-on approach
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability and desire to work directly with clients
• Comfortable with ambiguity and multi-tasking, including changing directions quickly when necessary
• Ability to self-manage and self-motivate

Additional Information

Location: Minneapolis, MN Hires local to the Twin Cities Metro-Area can anticipate an in-office component of 1-2 days a week, employed with Bold Orange. If this position lists, "Open to Remote", hires outside of the metro area can anticipate travel to our Minneapolis, MN office on an as-requested basis.
