Sales Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Update, compile, control, and monitor product Bill of Material (BOM), drawings, and specifications to maintain accurate production data
• Prepare proposal and tender documents during the quotation stage to support sales and procurement processes
• Trigger production Job Launch upon receipt of Purchase Orders to initiate manufacturing activities
• Monitor consigned items and raw material purchasing to ensure supply availability and inventory accuracy
• Track purchase orders and delivery schedules to maintain timely production flow
• Coordinate with departments to compile and submit required documentation such as pre-production, final product documents, concessions, and non-conformance reports
• Collaborate with departments to manage and resolve production issues promptly
• Lead projects and tasks to drive successful completion and meet organizational goals

• Highly motivated and driven to achieve project and production targets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration
• Team player who supports collective goals and fosters a positive work environment
• Analytical and resourceful with problem-solving capabilities to address production challenges
• Willingness to undertake ad-hoc project assignments and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficient in MS Office tools for documentation and reporting
• Knowledge or interest in oilfield components and equipment is an added advantage
• Required competencies and certifications
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Other Information
• 2+ years relevant working experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
