About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated professional to join our team as an Operations & Merchandising Executive. This role is the backbone of our retail operations, bridging the gap between our suppliers and our retail showrooms. You will play a critical role in supporting sales, streamlining order fulfillment, managing inventory, and ensuring our product quality remains exceptional. Job Responsibilities: Coordinate daily operational processes to ensure smooth order fulfillment, inter-store transfers, and warehouse efficiency. Monitor stock levels across all locations to optimize turnover, minimize aging stock, and manage procurement. Assist in product portfolio development, execute in-store promotions, and provide administrative support to the retail team to drive sales. Conduct inspections on furniture, sofas, and mattresses to ensure all goods meet our strict quality standards. Act as the primary liaison between suppliers, warehouse staff, customer service teams, and retail stores to resolve operational bottlenecks. Generate sales analysis reports, maintain accurate inventory records, and track supply chain performance. Qualifications & Experience: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field. (Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree). 2- 5 years in retail operations, sales administration, or procurement. Prior experience in the furniture or home furnishings industry is a significant advantage. Advance skills in MS Office (specifically Excel for data analysis). Experience with POS, CRM, or inventory management systems (e.g. Accpac) is highly preferred. A strong interest or background in furniture construction (wood, upholstery, foam/spring systems) and quality control. You take pride in documentation, reporting, and maintaining accurate records. Able to navigate supply chain delays or retail customer issues with a calm and logical approach. Comfortable coordinating with diverse stakeholders, from warehouse personnel to high-end retail staff. Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment while meeting tight deadlines. Additional Informations: Work location at Sungei Kadut area 5 day work week (8am to 5.30pm) Transport provided to & fro at Yew Tee MRT. Why Join Us?
