Environmental Health & Safety Technician (hourly)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring workplace conditions are met for the health and safety of all workers in the facility on 2nd shift. Technicians maintain and help improve environmental impact of the facility.
• Job Duties
• Works closely with supervisors and a small team
• Ability to create and conduct trainings
• Communicate through emails, phone, and in person
• Lead safety teams
• Create, review, and implement EHS standard work and analyze for effectiveness

Requirements

• Familiar with site environmental and safety policies, procedures, and regulations
• Previous training experience preferred
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Computer basics including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Able to maintain company-wide safety, health and environmental program
• Ability to analyze and process areas for potential hazards
• Ability to appropriately intervene and correct unsafe conditions
• Must be able to work overtime which may include 2 Saturday's per month
• Base Pay Range 2026 (for Colorado Residents): $24.97 - $ 29.15 (Based off experience)
